It is simple - The Cost of a foal from any mare bred to either stallion is $3,500.00. Less than half of what other breeders are charging for an equal foal. Your foal will be registered on the stallion's side - Half Lusitano Registery or the Friesian Sporthorse Registery.  

1 - Book the mare of your choice right away before anyone else does. $500.00 - Non refundable but does go toward the total cost of the foal.

2 - Book the stallion of your choice - $800.00 - $1,000.00 (Depending on the stallion you choose.) - Depending on the mare's cycle, You have until from April 1, 2015 - Sept 1, 2015. The entire stud fee must be paid before the breed can take place. This fee goes to the stallion owner and/or any vet fees for A.I.  ultra sounds  and lab work as in the case of Hessel H. This fee is  Non refundable - but does go toward the total cost of the foal. If it is easier for you, you can send payments from now until breeding  season. 

Example: From Nov 2014 to July 2015 is 8 months - your payments for 6 months would be about $125.00 a month.

3 - You will be informed when the breeding takes place as well as a due date. I will send pictures of your foal and little cute stories as it grows and learns.

Foal total cost is $3,500.00 for any cross.

Payment; We accept all checks, money orders, bank to bank money wire transfers and Paypal.



Terms; The $500.00 down is to book the mare and to insure that no one else can book that same mare. 

The  stud fee and goes to the stallion owner.  The stud fee must be paid in full before the breed can take place. (Certain exceptions might be considered for special circumstances

and is at the discretion of Cedar Hollow Friesians and the stallion owner.)
When the mare is bred, you will have 18 months to pay the final $2,000.00.  A suggested monthly payment would be $112.00 per month for the final 18 months but you can pay however you want to.

For the correct payment,  just divide the balance by the remaining months until your foal is 6 months old.

So the sooner you start making payments the lower they will be.

The foal will remain on our farm until payment in full is made.

The Mare Booking fee and the Stallion Breed fee ( or the first $1,500.00 ) are non refundable. You are guaranteed a live birth or a re-breed within the next breeding season.  However, if in the event you cannot continue to make the payments on your foal, we will return whatever you have paid of the final $2,000.00 in good faith. Your foal will be released to you at 6 months old, vet checked for good health and confirmation.

All sales are final and non refundable once the foal leaves the farm.
